Milestone Communications is proposing a wireless telecommunications facility at Ferry Road
Address: 9 Ferry Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22405
The proposal includes a 150-foot monopole, which will be constructed in place of the existing water tank, along with the ground equipment necessary to operate the facility. T-Mobile is currently installed on the water tank. When the existing water tank is decommissioned T-Mobile will relocate it’s existing wireless facilities from the tank to the proposed monopole. Verizon Wireless will then install on the tower as well.
This equipment will be located at the base of the structure within a secure fenced area.

Our Process
1. Due Diligence
Survey, FAA, FCC, NEPA, Phase 1.
2. Land Use
Conditional Use Permit Application, Community Meeting, Staff Review, Planning Commission, Board of Supervisors.
3. Permitting
Site Plan and Building Permit applications, Conduct Bid Walk, Construction.
4. Construction
Tower construction = 4-6 weeks | Carrier construction = 4-6 weeks on average
On-site supervision by Construction Manager
5. Site Maintenance
Four visits per year for site maintenance | Remove trash, debris, check signage.
